Children's Theater Programs
With Camille Ludington
4—6 Year Olds: Tuesdays 4:00—5:00
Fairy Tales and Nursery Rhymes come to life. Children will act out familiar Fairy Tales and Nursery Rhymes.
Cost: $50/8 weeks
7—9 Year Olds: Tuesdays 5:30—6:45
Short comedic skits with emphasis on character development. Children will perform short skits and work on improvisation.
Cost: $60/8weeks
Middle School Students: Wednesdays 6:30—8:00
Students will write and perform their original skits and commercials. Group work will be emphasized.
Cost: $70/8weeks

Recreation Wrestling
with Varsity Coach Joe Amuso
Open to boys and girls grades 2 and up. Participants wrestle against other kids their age and size. Wrestlers should wear a tee-shirt, gym shorts, socks or wrestling shoes if they have them. They should also bring a water bottle. Class size is limited.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB: The Recreation Department runs an After School Program for Middle School Students. This program runs Monday—Thursday until 6:00 pm. Participants are bussed down from the Middle School. Snacks are provided. They participate in various group games and activities. They can also play ping-pong, pool, arts & crafts, Xbox, Wii, skateboarding, computers and so much more.
This program is staffed by an After School Club Supervisor, college students and high school students. Registration for this program is required. The fee is $200 for September—December. This program is on-going and you can register at any time!
AFTER SCHOOL CLUB DROP IN PASS: If your child would like to participate in the After School Club program, but can’t make it every day purchase an “After School Club Drop In Pass!” Each pass costs $50 and is good for 20 visits whenever we are open. Parents must pick child up by 6:00 pm.

RUNNING CLUB:A very popular program among the 5th and 6th graders. This fall will mark the fourth season of this program. Participants are bussed down from the Middle School to Lakeside Park. Proper running attire water bottles and a snack are required.

Days: Mondays and Wednesdays October 4—November 17 (No program October 11)
Time: Dismissal—4:00 Parents MUST pick up their child at Lakeside Park unless they are registered for the After School Club.

SKATE PARK AT LAKESIDE PARK
The skate park will be open this fall. If you get there and the skate park is locked, please see the staff inside the Teen Center Building and they will open it for you. Parents must supervise their children unless they are members of the After School Club OR signed in at the Teen Center (9th Grade and up only). Helmets are required. Knee and elbow pads are highly recommended.
